Abraham Miller

Abraham “Abe” Miller June 21, 1933 – October 13, 2015 Abe Miller passed away peacefully at home in Saskatoon with family by his side on October 13, 2015 at the age of eighty two years. Abe is survived by his loving wife of fifty seven years, Gloria; children, Kevin (Kate) Miller of Calgary Ab. and Garth (Darlene) Miller of Saskatoon Sk. Abe was born in Aberdeen Saskatchewan on June 21, 1933. He married Gloria Kurmey, his high school sweetheart, in 1958. Abe had a very successful career at SaskTel and retired after thirty five years. During retirement, Abe was a volunteer with the SaskTel Pioneers and the Western Development Museum. He was active in the Wilkinson Whirlers Square Dancing Club and enjoyed many summers at his cabin at Jan Lake. Abe treasured family and friends always looking forward to attending gatherings and coffees with them. He will be remembered as a kind and gentle father and husband who always had a smile on his face. He will be missed dearly.
