SEMCHYSHEN, Agnes
August 3, 1936 - February 18, 2020

Agnes Semchyshen, age 83, passed away on February 18, 2020 at St. Paul’s Hospital Saskatoon. Surviving Agnes are daughters Arlene (Gerald) and Shirley (Joel), sons George, Sam Jr., Clifford, Richard (Sandy) and Stephen (Karen) and (found son) Hugh, also her brother Ernest (Loretta), sister-in-law’s Elizabeth Brown, Mary Osatchuk, Phylis Schmeiser, RoseAnne (Jonathon) Gibson, Mary Semchyshen, brother-in-law Peter (Crystal) Semchyshen, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is pre-deceased by loving husband Sam, parents James and Fanny Brown, sisters Margaret and Jane and brother Gordon. Agnes was born on August 3, 1936, raised and schooled near Tweedsmuir, Sk. Agnes was a widow having lost Sam in 2003. Agnes was a homemaker for most of her life raising seven children.  She enjoyed cooking and playing bingo and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Agnes’ passion was her family and their happiness, she will truly be missed.  The funeral will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 11am at Saskatoon Funeral Home with Sue Panattoni as Celebrant.
