Alfred Joseph Christensen

It is with great sadness the family of Alfred Joseph Christensen, age 67, announces that he passed away suddenly on May 19, 2019.

Left to mourn his passing are his wife Stephanie;  his three beautiful children, son Chris, daughters Jennie (Chris) Yobb and Lindsay (Clayton) Zaba;  his four grandchildren,  Auston, Ashley, Austin, and Noah; his siblings, sister Alice Hartman, brothers John (Dorothy), Rob (Cathy) and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Alf and Blanche Christensen and sister-in-law Finola Macdonell.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the ANAVET Unit #38 (359 – 1st Ave. N.).  Alf retired after 33 years from Intercontinental Packers. He was very involved with the ANAVETS and took pride in being a Rider ‘Rep’.

Alf loved sports, both as a participant and spectator. Please feel free to wear any sports jersey to his memorial.
