Marie Annonciade (Ann) Boudreau (nee Guitard)
August 27 1935 – July 17 2025

It is with great sadness that the family of Ann announce her passing on July 17th 2025. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Alvin Boudreau, daughters Marilyn Kuckartz and Lucie Domes, grandson Joel Kuckartz, and brothers Delphis and Vancliff. She leaves to mourn her sons Jean-Luc (Shawna), Mario (Bernadine), siblings Armand, Juliette (Emile), Violette, Claudette, Jean Guy, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Ann was born in 1935 in Petit Rocher, New Brunswick where she grew up on a farm with her seven siblings. She married Alvin Boudreau and moved to the ocean side where she started to raise her children. She always loved hearing the ocean waves, the smell of the sea air and cooking fresh seafood. In 1968 she moved to Saskatoon to continue raising her family and she grew to love the prairies as well. Although the Maritimes were always close to her heart, she developed many hobbies including camping, gardening and cooking many delicious dishes such as tourtiere. She was a proud woman, full of life, who adored her family greatly and would do anything to make others happy. In her later years in a retirement home, she continued to enjoy various activities and company. She could play a mean game of shuffleboard and would continue to bring home big winnings from the casino with her son Mario. She touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed.

A special thank you to the Royal University Hospital staff who cared for Ann with great compassion. The funeral service will be held at Sts-Martrys-Canadiens on Wednesday, July 23rd at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada.
