With heavy hearts, we share news on the passing of Audrey Jean Brandt on March 26, 2022. She died peacefully at home, surrounded by family. Audrey leaves behind her daughter Julie and son Kim. She loved her grandchildren Jordan (Candice), Charlotte (Brad), Garrett, Nathan, Spencer( Kendra), Liam (Kelsey), and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Gordon. She was the last remaining sister of the Smith family, mother Sarah, father Arthur, sisters Helen and Marjorie.

The common fate of all things rare
May read in thee;
How small a part of time they share
That are so wondrous sweet and fair!

Audrey’s  Memorial will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Saskatoon Funeral Home, followed by a reception at the Edwards Family Centre prior to interment at Woodlawn Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed and can be accessed by a link on Audrey’s tribute page. In lieu  of flowers, for those so wishing, the family requests that donations be made to the Gordie Brandt Memorial Scholarship at the Saskatoon Jazz Society ( https://thebassment.ca/scholarship/gordie-brandt/ )
