Beverly Townsend Dixon, born 1951-10-24 and peacefully passed away on 2026-04-27, was a beloved member of the Saskatoon community with roots in Bladworth, Saskatchewan. She was the cherished daughter of Eric David Townsend and Vera Irene Townsend, and is survived by her loving children, Steven (Tanya) and Dallas (Travis), her grandchildren Grace, Mya, Merit, and Sydney, along with siblings and an extended family who will forever hold her close in their hearts.

Beverly’s life was marked by her dedication to family, her many friendships, and her commitment to public service through roles in government, including the Mediation Board and Rentalsmen Office. After retirement, Beverly embraced adventure, whether travelling with loved ones, joining bowling leagues, or trying activities like belly dancing and line dancing. She was always ready for a round of golf, a game of pickleball, or paddling across the lake, making it clear she lived every moment to the fullest.

Those who knew Beverly remember her as an enthusiastic supporter at her grandchildren’s sporting events, a spirited companion for lunch dates and card games, and someone whose laughter and zest for life made every gathering brighter. Her strength, warmth, and unwavering support touched everyone she met, and her legacy will live on in the countless stories and memories shared by friends and family.

A Funeral Service will be held at Saskatoon Funeral Home, 338 Fourth Avenue North, Saskatoon, on 2026-05-17 at 2:00 p.m., followed by tea and a social. Beverly’s burial will take place at a later date in Bladworth. She will be greatly missed, but her memory remains an enduring source of comfort and inspiration to all who loved her.
