Bryan Gaudreau

September 28, 1941 — June 14, 2025

Bryan Armand Gaudreau passed away peacefully on June 14, 2025 at the age of 83. Bryan was born on Sept. 28, 1941 in Lac Vert, SK to Armand & Ida Gaudreau. He grew up in Naicam, then Spalding, and eventually Steinbach, MB. He went to Caronport for high school where he enjoyed baseball and played trombone in a band. In his early adult years, he worked driving a gravel truck and was also a bank teller. In 1963, he was married for the first time and they had three sons: Paul 1964, Michael 1966, and Adam 1971. In 1979, he met Lorna Kohut in Saskatoon and they had two girls: Yvonne 1981, and Rebecca 1983. He loved to spend time outdoors hunting and fishing.

He was a travelling tool salesman in Saskatchewan and Alberta for most of his career, working for Sioux Tools, Docap Universal Fasteners, and Spar Group. He often said there were very few roads he hadn't travelled. Later on, he had a portable sign business called Impact Signs in Saskatoon until he retired.

In 2003, he moved to Candle Lake where he continued to enjoy outdoor activities. He worked at the lumber yard in the summer and groomed the snowmobile trails in the winter. He fell in love with cowboy shooting and was involved in the gun club until his health slowed him down. He was predeceased by his father, mother, and six siblings. He leaves behind his wife Lorna, his little sister Sharyn, and his five kids Paul, Michael, Adam, Yvonne, Rebecca, and their families.

We would like to thank the transitional care unit at City Hospital for their care during dad's short stay. There will be a private interment at a later date.
