Colin Campbell Macdonald

Born in Irvine, Scotland, June 19, 1953, Colin died in Saskatoon, July 31, 2021, of an aggressive cancer. He is survived by his wife Teri Skwara, his son Stuart Macdonald (Melissa Young: Aislinn, Andrew, Arris, Adley), his mother Irene Macdonald, and his brothers Alan and William. Colin grew up in the Kingston, Ontario, region; attended Queen's University and University of Saskatchewan. His degrees in geology led to a 35 year long career in exploration geology, 30 of those with Cameco. Whether working as a geologist or loving life in retirement, Colin had a profound appreciation of the natural world both at home and in exotic locations around the world.
