David Eric Green

David Green (February 9, 1942 - April 17, 2026) passed away peacefully after a valiant battle with cancer. In his final days, he was surrounded by love and the company of his wife, children, sister, niece, and nephew, and he had been blessed with visits from all of his grandchildren in recent weeks.

David will be remembered for his storytelling, humour, passion for political debate, and unwavering adoration for his family. He loved music, travel, teaching, his work both as a financial advisor and a university lecturer, and connecting with people. This was especially evident during his weeks in Kensington Hospice in Toronto, where his determination and positivity drew admiration from staff as well as friends and family.

David will be dearly missed. May his memory be a blessing.

The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Congregation Agudas Israel, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
