David Louis Warren Thomas
April 18, 1944 - July 15, 2024

David passed away suddenly on Monday July 15th. Born To Annie Mary Agatha Thomas (nee Tanner) and George Raymond Issac Thomas on April 18, 1944 in Kelvington Sask. He met and married Joan Murray October 24, 1964 (predeceased in 2012). Together they had two children, James who wed Tina (Tiana, (Mitchel), Austin) and Cheryl who wed Dan Knisley (Paige, Justis). David is survived by Georgina Grand (Partner) her children Tyler / Erin (Casen), Tanya / Josh (Kayden, Alia). Predeceased by his siblings, Ruthy, May, Ira and Ivan (Duncan and Reid).

David started a career as a Tireman continuously working his way to become a successful front end auto mechanic working in Porcupine Plane, Kelvington, Swift Current and Saskatoon. David always had time to engage in a conversation with anyone who would be willing to invest in some time and usually involved laughter because of his great sense of humor and wonderful smile. David always had time for family and friends and especially enjoyed his sit down meals and loved the presents of dogs who were always attracted to David. His enthusiasm for garage sales enabled him to engage with many people and as well supply many treasures to his family and friends. He had a great passion for the Alcoholics Anonymous organization for 42 years and made many life long friends along the way.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am Friday, July 19, 2024 at St. Augustine Parish, 602 Boychuk Dr, Saskatoon, SK.
