Delphine Fedosoff

Delphine died on February 8, 2022 at home, as was her wish. The assistance of family and the Palliative Home Care team made this entirely possible. Special appreciation to Dr. Boechler, Maryanne the palliative nurse and CCA’s Margaret and Collette; you were her favorites.

Delphine was born to Elizabeth and Nick B in 1937, and she grew up on a farm north of Krydor. She remained in contact with the Harlowka and district girls: Deanna, Lenore, Louise and Rose until the end. The family would like to thank these ladies, and Lucille from the Knitpickers club, for their friendship through the years. Mom loved and appreciated you immensely.

She was introduced to the man that would be her husband by a co-worker who would become her mother-in-law, when she worked at St. Paul’s Hospital. Delphine married Ivan Fedosoff on a snowy day in October 1960. They had two children, Jeff and Lorraine. Delphine worked at The Bay to support her crafting habit, which she enjoyed to the end. Many people have mitts, scarves, dish cloths, afghans and other items she created.

Delphine is survived by her brother Edward, her children, and two granddaughters Chantelle and Larissa.

As requested by Delphine, a private interment has already taken place and she is buried beside Ivan.
