EILEEN WINIFRED (nee HILL) BONNOR
July 5, 1937 - August 19, 2025

Eileen passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2025 in Saskatoon. She was an only child born to Annie and James Harold Hill of North Battleford, Sask. Her schooling was taken at King Street School and North Battleford Collegiate Institute (NBC), followed by a Secretarial Course at Robertson Secretarial School in Saskatoon.

After graduating from Secretarial School in 1956 she returned to North Battleford to take a secretarial position with the Department of Social Welfare. Three years later Eileen returned to Saskatoon to take a Secretarial position at the University of Saskatchewan in the Department of Crop Science.

It was during this time she met the love of her life, Gordon Bonnor, a handsome, quiet Agriculture student. After a short courtship they were married on May 18, 1963 at St. Andrews College on the University campus. They had a wonderful life together. They were not blessed with children so worked hard to save for their retirement. Gordon, her beloved husband passed away one day after surgery on August 24, 2017.

She is now joining her dearest husband Gordon and mother Annie Hill in their final resting place in the Garden of Good Shepherd, Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Saskatoon.

The Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Saskatoon Funeral Home.
