Elsie Irene Johnson

Elsie Irene Johnson (Nee Johnsgaard) passed away suddenly on June 5,2021. Elsie was born October 4,1942 in Saskatoon, SK to Elmer and Lydia and she was a younger sister to Joan. She spent most of her life in Saskatoon where she took great pride in raising her daughters, spending time with grandchildren/great-grandchildren and enjoying many friendships that lasted a lifetime. Her amazing baking, coffee and great advice will be forever cherished. She is survived and missed dearly by her loving daughters, Karen (Ken) Bertow, Elaine (Alan) Knackstedt, Lois (Tom) Janzen; Grandchildren, Natasha (Kyle), Justin, Chantel (Shaun), Jordan (Megan),  Aleisha (Keith), Rene (Brett), Jason (Kayla); Great-Grandchildren, Cruz, Lux, Pryce, Kenzington, Walker and Rowan. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 1:00 pm, Zion Lutheran Church, 323 4th Ave. S, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1N3.
