The family of Glen David Tschetter is saddened to announce his passing February 3, 2026 at Glengarda Hospice Care surrounded by family.

Glen was born September 29, 1949 in Saskatoon, attending school first at country school Flowery Dale till it closed completing his schooling in Langham.

Glen had several occupations over the years but music was his main interest. He began playing guitar at the age of 5 he was fortunate to be able to play by ear learning the violin, banjo and steel guitar. He was a member of several musical groups over the years adding his vocal talent to his favorite country songs. He passed away listening to a Don Williams tune.

He is predeceased by his wife Lillie, special friend Barb, parents Dave and Sarah, sister Dorothy, brother Harvey, and step son in law Leonard. He is survived by step children Eileen, Robert (Joanne), Catherine (Dean) and Brian (Lorrie) Isbister. Siblings Melva (Bernie), Marion, Ted (Coleen) Len (Margaret) Sharon (Dennis) Charlotte (Ray) sister in law Glenys and numerous nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Food Bank or Glengarda Hospice would be appreciated. The service for Glen will be at Christ Anglican Church 515 28th St W Saskatoon Friday February 13, 2026 at 1:00 pm.
