Glorya Allbright

It is with a broken heart that I write to tell Glorya's friends of her passing on September 26 at our home that she loved on Mallin Crescent. Glorya loved beyond measure life and all that it embraced. Through her illness she never lost her smile or her love for her friends or her God and never complained about her circumstances. She knew without reservation that both God and I truly loved her unconditionally.

Glorya was born and raised, an only child, in Prince Albert to parents Albert and Faye Rushby. She became a teacher and taught in Regina before taking a sabbatical to help her parents construct their dream home on an acreage outside of Prince Albert.

We were married in 1982 and Glorya managed our law office until my appointment to the Court of Queen's Bench. Over our years together Glorya was many things to me: my precious wife, my partner, my best friend and confidante, the love of my life.

She loved to help people in any way possible and people always remembered her gentle kindness and smile. It was Glorya's wish that there be no funeral service, but I thank each of you for keeping her in your hearts and prayers.

In remembrance of Glorya, just tell someone you love them.
