It is with heavy heart we announce the passing of Richard Goulet, age 66, on February 13th, 2019 at Royal University Hospital. Richard will be forever cherished by Gisele (Neil), his son Denis (Jessica), grandsons George and Glenn and son James (Ariel). In keeping with the family's wishes, a Celebration of his Life will be held at later date this summer.
