Jane Maud Bates

It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Jane on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the Circle Drive Care Home. Jane was born in Kelvington, Sk. where lived and worked most of her life.  Then moved to Saskatoon in 2001 after the passing of her husband, Mervin. She had many hobbies such as sewing, knitting, curling, and community involvement, but was happiest when surrounded by family and friends.  Left to celebrate her life are: children Bart Bates, Marilyn (Wayne) Sauer; grandchildren Kathryn (Gary) Summach, Chelsey (Darren) Agopsowicz, Stephanie (Will) Pozzo, and Joel (Tanya) Bates and their families; and numerous other family members and friends. At Jane's request, interment will take place in the Kelvingrove Cemetery at a later date. Donations in Jane's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
