Jean Wiebe

It is with a great sadness and sorrow we announce the passing of Wilma Jean Wiebe.  Jean passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving husband of nearly 29 years Edwin at St. Paul’s Hospital on Wednesday the 20th of May.  Jean was predeceased by her parents.

Born in Saskatoon June 28, 1962, Jean is survived by her brothers and sisters Lou, Mariann, Donna, and Walt; as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

In 1988 Jean met Ed and his motorcycle.   In 1990 Ed, who said he finally saw the light, proposed.  On the 1st of June 1991, in the presence of God, family and friends they married.

Jean was a homemaker and between taking care of the home and Ed, travelled many a mile on their bike, saw many places and did everything together.

Jean will always be remembered by family and friends.

A private family service will be held on Friday the 29th of May at 1:00 PM at Saskatoon Funeral Home, 338 4th Ave North, Saskatoon, SK.  A livestream link will be available on Jean’s tribute page for those who would like to be part of the service.  Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.

We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the nurses, doctors and staff at St. Paul’s Hospital.  Thank You one and all.
