James Wilburn Litterick,69, of Saskatoon passed away peacefully on March 11 th surrounded by loved ones.

Jim was born on July 10, 1954 to James and Ethel Litterick of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. After Jim graduated from Walter Murray Collegiate in 1973, he joined the work force and was employed in retail sales, trailer manufacturing and finally landed a spot with the City of Saskatoon in Facilities.  After working in different locations like the Saskatoon Zoo and the Centennial Auditorium (SaskTel Centre), he landed at the Lawson Heights Civic Centre where he finished his career and retired in 2019.

In 1975, he met Jayne while working in a shoe store at Midtown Plaza. Clandestine kisses in the storeroom led to marriage in 1981 and to children; twin sons Jimmy and Bobby and a daughter, Megan. On retirement in 2019, Jim spent his time travelling with Jayne, gardening amongst his flowers and building puzzles when the weather kept him inside.

Jim was predeceased by his son, Bobby, and is survived by his wife, Jayne, his son Jimmy, his daughter Megan (Deven) and grandchildren Jayden and Paige. A Celebration of Life will be held at Saskatoon Funeral Home on March 23 rd at 2:00 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Epilepsy Saskatoon (203-320 21St St. W Saskatoon, SK S7M 4E6) and would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
