Kelsey Richard Hougen

It is with great sadness the family of Kelsey Richard Hougen are announcing his sudden passing on March 18, 2026 at the age of 34 years. Left to mourn are his partner in life, Tom and their dogs, Seb and Marcie. His dad, Dean. His mom, Maureen (Jay). His brothers, Cole (Kaitlyn) and Carter (Maddy). His nephew, Johnathan and his nieces, Mckenna and Malia. And numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kelsey was born in BC but lived in Saskatoon for the last 15 years and was employed at the Saskatoon Inn in the accounting department. He was working on getting his official accounting certificate. Kelsey spent is spare time gaming and taking long walks in his neighborhood with a Tim's French Vanilla in hand. Kelsey was a lover of food and made the best seafood chowder. He also loved to travel and Mexico was a favourite destination for him.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
