With sadness and yet joy for a life well-lived, the family announce that early Monday morning our loving Mom, Grandma and Great-grandma passed away peacefully at Royal University Hospital on her 95th birthday. Lovingly remembered by her daughter, Barbara (Henry) and son, Richard (Pam), daughter-in-law, Sandi, and Patricia Kennedy, six special grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren whose visits she enjoyed. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack, and sons, Kelvin and Dennis, her parents Daniel and Marina (Rabuka), brothers Nick, Ed, Tom, Mike, Toby, Walter, Ben, and Ron, two sisters, Judy and young sister, Edna. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leah’s memory to a charity of your choice. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Saskatoon Funeral Home, Celebrated by Pastor Archie Jantzen, with Visitation for the hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow at the Edwards Family Centre. Interment at Arelee Mennonite Cemetery.
