Leonard Leon Laroque

Leonard Laroque passed away December 7, 2020 at Saskatoon City Hospital at the age of 80. He is survived by his sister Edna Young; sister in-law Shirley Laroque; brother Walter (Rita) Laroque and many nieces and nephews.

Leonard was born in Duck Lake SK. on January 14, 1940 to Louis and Alexanderine. He spent most of his childhood in Carrot River SK. Later moving to Saskatoon where he started work as a labourer at Robin Hood flour mill and eventually a millwright until retiring in December of 2000 with approximately 34 years of service. Leonard had a humorous quick wit and loved to tell stories and play practical jokes, he also enjoyed playing cards and horseshoes with family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
