Lois Osman

April 9 1936-July 28 2024

With heavy hearts the family of Lois Osman announce her passing on July 28 2024 at the age of 88.

She was born to Charles and Ethel Welch and was raised on a farm in the Beechy area.

She leaves behind to keep her memory alive her husband Mervin Osman of 67 years; her children Debbie (Bob) Towsley, Cheryl (Dave) Puteria, Lyndon Osman (Laura); grandchildren Brent Towsley (Kyla), Reid Towsley (Jodi Cadman), Jeremy Puteria (Lyndsey Busler), Noelle Mark (Doug) and Elizabeth Osman; great grandchildren Phoenix Towsley, Emily Towsley, Alexis Puteria, Sydney Puteria and Mason Mark.

Lois was a teacher for many years starting as a kindergarten teacher in the basement of a church. She also loved quilting and her love of crafts turned into a business where she and Mervin opened The Hobby Shop in Saskatoon. They made their home in Saskatoon and Burnaby BC.

A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
