Lonny Joseph Soles

Lonny Joseph Soles, late of Prince Albert, SK passed away on December 12, 2025 at the age of 55. He was born in Winnipeg, MB and lived in many communities in Saskatchewan.
Lonny was predeceased by his father, Lyle Terrance Soles.
Left to mourn Lonny; mother Patricia Anne Soles, siblings; Bill Gordon, Gordon Vail and family Jessica & Austin, Lisa (Gerald) Mallory and family Dylon (Dayna), Gaege (Jenna) and Samuel. Children; Lee (Ally) Derksen and family Scarlett and Parker, Mathew Soles, Dominic Soles, Emily Soles, Jacqueline Soles, Katelynn Soles.
His passions involved most things outdoors, but hunting and fishing were at the top. Lonny was a skilled worker in many trades/skills. He started in commercial cooking in Saskatoon which allowed him to be a great cook throughout his life. Lonny then got his journeyman welder - helping in the building of many of the inland grain terminals in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Then on to truck driving after he had back disc issues. He was very mechanically inclined; able to fix just about anything.
Lonny struggled with both mental health and physical health issues most of his life. He had a gentle heart and spirit that would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He deeply loved his children.
At his request no funeral service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, for those wishing charitable donations in memory of Lonny may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
