Lynn was born on March 21, 1950 in Butleigh, England to her parents Cyril (Albert) and Patricia Freeman. She was the oldest of three girls raised near Castle Cary, Somerset. After completing elementary and high school, Lynn attended the Somerset College of Art, Taunton. In 1967, Lynn followed her high school sweetheart to Saskatoon where they married on November 8, 1968. They had two children, Richard and Emma who she loved dearly and was incredibly proud of.
Lynn was a very creative and skillful artist, using her natural talent and learned skills to illustrate and design with colour and typography: she had a successful career as a graphic designer. Her creativity shaped her in everything she did, her love of fashion, personal style, designing an English garden in Saskatoon! Her talent, eye for beauty, and creativity helped her excel in her work, cooking, crafts, home decor, and personal style.
Lynn had a successful and varied career as a graphic designer. For instance, she illustrated an anatomy book at the Western College of veterinary medicine, provided designs for the publication "Our Family" at Marion press, and worked in the graphics department at the Star Phoenix. In the late 1980s she formed her own graphic design, business "Ad Maker" which brought her immense happiness.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Sherbrooke Care Home and Royal University Hospital.
A private memorial service will be held for immediate family at a later date. At her request, no funeral will be held.
