It is with sadness that the family announces the death of Marie Yvonne Kobussen aged 91. Marie passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday June 12, 2021 at St. Ann’s Nursing Home in Saskatoon. Marie was predeceased by her husband Bud in 2019. Bud and Marie were married for almost 71 years. Marie was born January 12, 1930 in Labret, Saskatchewan. Marie retired after a lengthy career as the Assistant Manager of St. Mary’s Credit Union. Marie was also actively involved in the Marian Gym Club. Marie is survived by her daughters Elle, Donna (Zenon), and Darlene (Rod), and son Glen (Robyn), as well as 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Francis, and infant son, Greg. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marie’s name to St. Ann’s Nursing Home, Saskatoon (2910 Louise Avenue).
