Marilyn Judith Person

Marilyn Judith Person June 4, 1950 - September 23, 2017. I am very sad to announce the passing of my beloved mother & son's grandmother on Saturday Sept 23, 2017 at Royal University Hospital after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer. Marilyn was predeceased by her parents Floyd Person & Lillian Person. Lil was a huge influence in Marilyn's life and in ours. Marilyn is survived by her Daughter Bree Piocza & her grandson's Brandon & Joshua Piocza. Marilyn had a long & rewarding career with the Correctional Service of Canada where she retired after 30 years of service. She will be fondly remembered with a smile by every person she touched in life. When you met Marilyn there was an instant connection and she maintained a circle of lifelong friends, that happily shared her life. As Marilyn's daughter, I will live every day of my life being grateful for the lifetime of love she provided me and my son's. We have a bond that will never be broken. Marilyn will be forever missed & never forgotten.
