Mary Alice Hawley

Mom passed away peacefully on March 31, 2017 at the Circle Drive Alliance Special Care Home at the age of 101. She is survived by her son Gerald (Margaret), her Daughter-in-Law Janice Hawley, special friend Reg Harrison, 5 grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her son David, husband Gerald (Gerry), parents, John and Olga Prescesky, three brothers and one sister. The Hawley family wish to express their special gratitude to Dr. Harrington, the staff at the Circle Drive Special Care Home, and the staff of the Warm and Cozy Care Home, for the care Mom received during the last several years. In the 50's and 60's Mom and Dad were a popular duo in the Square dance scene in Western Canada. She and Gerry were notable square and round dance instructors.
