Nadia Tonello

Nadia Tonello 1969-2017 Nadia Tonello, age 48, of Saskatoon died suddenly on Friday, October 27th, 2017. Nadia, a positive force of life from the beginning, was born to us on April 1st, 1969 in Kirkland Lake, Ontario to Anne-Marie (McGraw) and Liviano Tonello. She married her love and devoted companion, Ian Cooper on July 11th, 1998. A gifted student, she attended Lester B. Pearson United World College for her International Baccalaureate. She completed an undergrad at the University of Waterloo and went on to McMaster University to become a Medical Doctor. To fulfill her dream of helping children she moved to Saskatoon for her paediatrics residency. You made us laugh with your sense of humour and mischievousness. You effortlessly and humbly put us in awe of your curiosity, creativity, caring and intellect. You inspired us with your immense strength, resilience and joy of life. We miss you deeply, sadly, greatly and mourn your passing with the world. Nadia leaves behind her loving family - Ian Cooper (Husband), Liviano Tonello (Father), Jaro, Pam, Ella (brother/sister in-law, niece), Paul, Marlene, Jenny, Stephanie (brother/sister in-law, nieces), Louise Cooper (Step-Mother in-law), Marilyn Cooper (Mother in-law) and many relatives and friends from around the world.
