Nicholas "Nick" Hricz
1930 – 2021

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Nicholas Hricz on November 19, 2021. Nick  was born on April 19, 1930. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Eileen, daughters; Sharon Siminoff, Diane (Bob) Farkas, and son Donald. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Randy, Alisha, Dana, Mathew and Steven. Great grandchildren; Ava, Violet and Lola as well as his brother Bill (Betts), sister Agnes Wood and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Mary, niece Susan Wood, daughter Joanne, brother John, brother- in- law Bill Wood and the very recent passing of his son Gary. He had a great sense of humour about him and will be deeply missed. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of St. Ann’s Nursing Home the excellent care he received during his stay there. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 27th at noon from St. Philip Neri Parish (1902 Munroe Ave. S).  Rite of Committal will be at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the MS Society, 2-706 Duchess St. Saskatoon, SK.
