Orval Stuart Finlay

It is in great sadness we announce the passing of Orval Stuart Finlay on July 5th, 2017. Orval lost his battle with cancer and passed away in Norquay, SK with family beside him. He is predeceased by his parents John and Ella Finlay and his son Jamie Finlay. Orval leaves many people to mourn him. Including his sister Velva (Clarence Buell), 2 nephews, 1 niece, grand nieces and nephews. His children Cindy Finlay, Peggy (Wayne) Raber, Franne (David) Bailey, Jamie-predeceased (Eunice) Finlay, Kris Finlay (Brenda), Jody Taras, John Finlay, Amy Finlay (Co Tang), Orla (Gerald) Frampton, 24 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
