Richard Robert Hill

Richard Robert Hill, born on April 28, 1966, in Carrickfergus, Ireland, passed away on April 25, 2026, in Saskatoon. He came to Canada in childhood when his family moved to Oshawa, Ontario. In 2005, Richard’s life took a profound turn when he relocated to Saskatoon to be with his soulmate, Stella. Richard and Stella married on August 30, 2008, marking the start of a partnership filled with love and adventure, as they spent many hours exploring his adopted home province. Richard was known for his kind heart, playful sense of humor, and unwavering optimism. These qualities helped build a wide circle of loyal and loving friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Stella Liebrecht; his mother, Norma Hill; his sister, Kathy Moreau; as well as his nephew Tyler Moreau, and niece, Amanda Moreau. Richard was predeceased by his father, Robert Hill.

Richard’s legacy is characterized by the warmth he extended to others and the joyful spirit he maintained throughout his life. 

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
