It is with deep sadness that the family of Russell Wayne Brash announces his passing on November 10, 2025, at St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Russell was born on February 12, 1954, in Saskatoon. Russell spent his early years farming in Meacham, on the family farm before later moving to Viscount. He was known for his strong work ethic and dedication, whether working the land or later driving truck. Russell took pride in his work and in the life, he built through perseverance and commitment.

He will be remembered by his sister-in-law Sheila Brash; his nephew Chris (Shari) Brash; his niece Diana (Sterling) Martin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews Ethan Brash, Cruz Brash, Shae Brash, Kiera Martin and Cole Martin. He was predeceased by his parents Robert (Bob) and Evelyn Brash, and his brothers Lyle Brash and Leonard Brash.

The Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Saskatoon Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Russell's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada.

Russell will be fondly remembered for his quiet strength, kind heart, and the love he shared with his family. He will be deeply missed.
