Ruth Carol Switzer

October 28,1934 - November 2,2025

We are saddened to announce the passing of our dear aunt Ruth on November 2,2025, just after her 91st birthday.

Born in Dubuc, Saskatchewan and then moved to Saskatoon. She was employed at Sasktel as a long-distance operator. She retired in 1988 after 35 years of service.

She remained active in her own home until 2022, when she suffered a fall, resulting in her move to Sunnyside Nursing Home.

Ruth was predeceased by her father in 1986, her mother Margaret in 1983, brother Calvin in 1993 and sister Shirley Pankratz in 2013.

Ruth is survived by her niece Debra Kuby (Edmonton), nephew Rob (Cathy) Pankratz (Saskatoon), nephew Wally Pankratz (Moose Jaw), 9 great nieces and nephews and 8 great- great nieces and nephews.

Ruth Requested no funeral or service. A private family celebration of life will be eld at a later date.

The family would like to thank the staff at Sunnyside for the care and compassion they showed during Ruth's stay there.
