Tony Klein

Anthony “Tony” Klein passed away peacefully in Saskatoon at the age of 97 years old.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife Alma, his son Jimmy, and son-in-law Paul Bemister.

Tony will be remembered by his children:  Ken (Sheryl), Ron (Angie), Dennis (Donna), Lenora (Briane Scharfstein), Bob (Bev), Gerry (Karen), Rick (Carolanne), and Judy Bemister; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Tony grew up in Holdfast, SK.  He later embarked on a career in radio and television in Prince Albert, and then a move to Saskatoon to enter the insurance business and worked for Canada Purple Shield for over 30 years.  He enjoyed playing cards with the family and watching sports on television, especially football.  A favourite outing was going to the horse races in Saskatoon on the weekends.

A private family service was held.
