Walter Lysycia

It is with profound sadness we announce that Walter passed away on February 28, 2020.  Walter was born on May 7 ^th , 1940 in Edam , Saskatchewan to parents Joseph and Pauline Lysycia.  Walter’s pride and joy in life was his son Jason, followed by his love of horses, driving truck and carpentry.  He also loved a good jigaw puzzle as long as it was at least 1000 pieces - no more, no less.  He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Jason (Shannon) Lysycia; Jason’s mother, Frances Lysycia; siblings, Iris Mackie, Louise Feschuk, Nadine (Ron) Herman; sister-in-law, Terry Lysycia and brother-in-law Mike Demchuk.  He was predeceased by his parents Pauline and Joe Lysycia; siblings, Don Lysycia, Dorothy Demchuk, Zenon Lysycia and two siblings in infancy.  The Celebration of Walter’s Life will be held on Wednesday, March 4 at 1:00 p.m. at Saskatoon Funeral Home with Sue Panattoni as celebrant.
