Yakov Kolominsky 1928-2016 Yakov Kolominsky, age 88, passed away peacefully at Sherbrooke Community Centre on November 8, 2016 with family by his side. A Graveside service will be held at Agudas Israel Cemetery on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 3:30 pm. Those wishing to attend can meet at Saskatoon Funeral Home , 338 4th Ave N, at 2:45 pm to join the procession which will leave for the Cemetery at 3:00 pm. The Meal of Condolence will follow at the W.A. Edwards Family Centre, 333 4th Ave. N. Complimentary parking at Saskatoon Funeral Home
