He was predeceased by his wife Rita in 2012 and is survived by his three daughters: Cinda (Garry) Romuldietz, Shirley (Rob) Metka and Janice (John) McBride and by three granddaughters, Austin Metka, Rachael Metka (Mike Lipton) and Lea McBride.
